  • 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
  • ½ of a lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 lb. fresh jumbo lump crab meat

How to make it

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), sour cream, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire, lemon juice, green onion, and salt.
  4. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, and crab meat, and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mix into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serving ideas: sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips, chopped cold veggies. Enjoy!
