Ready in just 30 minutes, this club sandwich expertly combines sweet, savory, and spicy flavors to add layers of complexity to all of the textures that come in your standard club sandwich. There's the crispy bacon and toasted sourdough, creamy Sriracha Mayo, juicy tomatoes, and a sweet and spicy chicken that's amped up with Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce to add fresh, zesty, and garlicky flavors to the sandwich.

How to make it

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, olive oil, and Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce. Add the chicken thighs and coat, let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165℉. Let the chicken rest before slicing and setting aside.
  3. While the chicken rests, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until golden.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on one side of the toasted bread slices. Add the sliced chicken, pepper jack cheese, and lettuce for the first layer.
  5. Place the second slice of toast and add the tomato and bacon. Finish the sandwich by placing the third slice of bread on top and enjoy!
