How to make it

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to direction.
  2. In a heated non-stick skillet pan, add 3 Tbsp. of oil to pan. Fry chow mein noodles until brown and crisp.
  3. Stir-fry beef with 2 Tbsp. oil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and sugar.
  5. Stir the mixture until coated with sauce for 2 minutes. Add water, cook until heated through.
  6. Pour over pan fried noodles.
