Cook chow mein noodles according to direction.

In a heated non-stick skillet pan, add 3 Tbsp. of oil to pan. Fry chow mein noodles until brown and crisp.

Stir-fry beef with 2 Tbsp. oil for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and sugar.

Stir the mixture until coated with sauce for 2 minutes. Add water, cook until heated through.

Pour over pan fried noodles.
