Off-the-eaten-track: enjoyed at roadsides all over the country day and night, this is fried rice Peruvian style. Originally inspired by the Chinese community in Peru, our version of ‘Arroz chaufa’ features a mouthwatering mix of garlic, ginger, chili peppers and sweet sauce.

Peruvian Style Fried Rice Sauce:
