Lee Kum Kee White Marinade Kit comes with two white marinade packs and one pack of premium marinade spices. The white marinade is made with an ancient recipe bursting with rich aroma and delicious taste, and the premium marinade spices pack is a selection of spices that adds more complex flavors to the marinade.
Simply use this kit for 1 whole chicken (around 2-3 lbs.) or 1 kg of ingredients to create classic Cantonese-style dishes at home.
Ingredients:
White Marinade Pack:
Water, sugar, salt, rice wine (water, rice, wheat), spices, yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers.
Premium Marinade Spices:
Sand ginger, star anise, cinnamon bark, mandarin peels, licorice, fennel, white peppers, cloves, laurel leaves, Sichuan peppers.
