Lee Kum Kee Noodles with Peppercorn Flavored Chili Oil come with 4 specially crafted sauces, including 1 pack of rich Peppercorn Flavored Chili Oil, 1 pack of aromatic Shallot Oil, 1 pack of Seasoned Soy Sauce for Noodles with a perfect sweet-savory balance, and 1 pack of Mushroom Bouillon Powder to enhance umami depth. This combination delivers a multi-layered numbing, spicy, and aromatic flavor experience. These sauces are paired with authentic sun-dried Guanmiao Sliced Noodles, which are chewy, bouncy, and cling well to the sauce. Suggested Cooking Method:
1. Add the noodles into boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes over medium heat. Drain and set aside.
2. Add the sauce and Premium Mushroom Powder into the bowl and mix well. Mix in the noodles and serve.

Mushroom Bouillon Powder:
Salt, maltodextrin, sugar, mushroom powder, yeast extract, disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate as flavor enhancers, natural and artificial flavor (contains salt, natural and artificial flavor, yeast extract).
