Salads can be exciting, full of life, and easy to prep on the go with this mason jar salad recipe with a simple and flavorful dressing.

 

The dressing is the secret to success here, with a variety of Lee Kum Kee sauces like Premium Soy Sauce and Chili Crisp Oil taking the flavor to another level. With a base of cooked quinoa and plenty of fresh veggies, this a salad worthy of being a full meal while being easy to take on the go!

How to make it

  1. Combine all of the dressing ingredients together, and transfer to the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. Layer in your veggies and salad ingredients of choice, starting with looser ones like carrots and cucumbers, then adding more packed ingredients like quinoa, tomatoes, or edamame on top, until all of your salad ingredients are added. Close the lid and take on the go until you're ready to eat!
  3. When it's time to eat, simply shake the closed jar a few times to toss the dressing with all of the salad ingredients. Open the lid once it's tossed and enjoy!
