This mason jar recipe makes it easy thanks to a flavor base featuring Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and Chili Crisp Oil, which easily add heat and umami throughout the ramen. Add noodles and toppings of your choice, then all you need is some hot water when you're ready to eat!

How to make it

  1. Combine all of the Seasoning Ingredients to make up your flavor base, then transfer to the base of your mason jar.
  2. Add cooked rice noodles and vegetables in layers to fill the jar completely. Close the lid and take on the go until ready to eat!
  3. When it's time to eat, open the jar and pour hot boiling water into the jar until filled just below the bottom rim. Let the water cool and mix everything together before enjoying!
