Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove leaves and trim center core of cauliflower but still enabling cauliflower to “sit” flat on a baking sheet.

Combine Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and vegetable oil and rub over cauliflower.

Combine Lee Kum Kee Ground Bean Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce. Mix well and rub all over cauliflower.

Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes (set oven to broil in the last 3 minutes).

Cut roasted cauliflower in 2.5 inch steaks. Transfer to platter and serve.
