A ready-to-use sauce prepared specially from naturally fermented soybeans. Ground Bean Sauce is full of umami flavor and can be used to add umami to other sauces or as a braising sauce.

Fermented soybean paste (water, soybeans, rice, salt, wheat flour), water, sugar, contains less than 2% of corn starch, soybean oil, salted sake (sake [water, rice, koji (aspergillus oryzae)], salt), sesame oil.
