Mix Lee Kum Kee Ground Bean Sauce and butter. (Ground Bean-butter mixture)

Spread Ground Bean-butter mixture under the skin of the turkey. Refrigerate turkey uncovered, overnight.

Roast turkey at 350°F for 3-5 hours, depending on the weight of the turkey (check remarks for weight and roasting time).

Baste periodically with Ground Bean-butter mixture until meat thermometer reaches 165°F.

Let turkey stand for 15 - 20 minutes prior to carving.

18 - 22 lbs. Turkey (3½ - 4 hours)
22 - 24 lbs. Turkey (4 - 4 ½ hours)
24 - 29 lbs. Turkey (4 ½ - 5 hours)
