This recipe will make four servings of a flavor-packed mushroom and vegetable udon noodles, all of which can be made in containers and stored in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to microwave and eat! It packs a lot of umami and a range of tastes thanks to the sauce used to season everything. A mixture of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce serves as the base for this rich and savory sauce, which accentuates the mushrooms and vegetables to uplift their natural tastes. Prepare noodles:
Divide noodles evenly into 4 meal prep containers.
When ready to eat, add 1–2 Tbsp water, cover loosely, and microwave 1–2 minutes until hot. Toss well so the sauce coats the noodles and lightly wilts the bok choy. Finish with Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Original.
