How to make it
Massage chicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce.
In a heated pan with oil, cook chicken until about half way done.
Add onion, ginger, celery and yams. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add dry sherry, Premium Soy Sauce, chicken broth, Oyster Flavored Sauce, parsley and tomato.
Bring mixture into a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
