Your next gameday needs this sweet and spicy wings recipe, made with Gochujang, Honey Sriracha, and served with Chili Crisp Ranch.
There's no question that sweet and spicy flavors work extremely well together. The glaze for these chicken wings is living proof of this, with gochujang and Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha working together to provide sweetness, umami, and heat all at once. There's extra umami as well coming from the marinade, featuring Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce. For one last note in the creamy dipping sauce, mix together Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil and ranch dressing for an unforgettable combo you'll want to save for future gameday eats!
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, and cornstarch until evenly coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place wings on a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While wings bake, whisk together gochujang, Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until bubbling, then remove from heat.
In a small bowl, stir Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil into ranch dressing and chill until ready to serve.
Toss hot wings in the gochujang sriracha honey glaze until fully coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot with chili crisp ranch on the side.
