How to make it

  1. Heat the pot with oil, stir-fry the dry red pepper, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, add the clams and stir-fry for two minutes.
  2. To create a slurry, mix corn starch with water.
  3. Add all the seasonings and scallions, pour in the slurry, mix well and serve.
