In a large bowl, whisk together Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, sesame seeds, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and vinegar.
Add tuna; gently toss just to coat.
Place nori sheets on a work surface with the short side facing you. Spread about 2 Tbsp. rice evenly on the bottom third of each sheet. Divide tuna mixture among rolls, spooning over rice. Top with fillings. Roll into cones or log shapes.
