  • 8 oz. soba noodles, cook according to direction
  • 4 oz. tomatoes, grape
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
  • 2 oz. red onion

Seasoning

  • 4 Tbsp. Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil (Pure)
  • 1 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar, seasoned
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for taste
  • 1 tsp. sugar

How to make it

  1. Combine Premium Soy Sauce, vinegar, Sesame Oil, ginger, pepper and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add in the remainder ingredients and mix well.
