Add the chicken thighs to a 5 quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Add the sauce to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Whisk together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Mix it into the sauce in the slow cooker. Place the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and let it cook for another 15 minutes to let the sauce thicken.
Serve with white rice and broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
