Add cooking oil to a heated pan and sauté ground pork till moisture has evaporated. Add cooking wine, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, Seasoning Soy Sauce, Spicy Soy Bean Sauce, Minced Ginger and Minced Garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour water into the meat mixture, add soaked vermicelli, and stir-fry.
When vermicelli turns soft and the sauce is absorbed, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil and sprinkle green onion on top. Ready to serve.
Tips: Adding Oyster Sauce to the ground meat and vermicelli can greatly enhance the flavor and instantly release mouth-watering fragrance.
