Made from fermented soybeans, Lee Kum Kee Spicy Soybean Sauce is a blend of delicate seasonings with an added kick, adding rich layers of savory flavor to your dishes. This is an aromatic savory sauce that is great for steaming, stir-frying, stewing and dipping.
Ingredients:
Water, soybeans, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), sugar, salt, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers, chili pepper powder, modified corn starch, lactic acid, caramel color, natural flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate added as a preservative.
