Ingredients:

Water, soybeans, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), sugar, salt, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers, chili pepper powder, modified corn starch, lactic acid, caramel color, natural flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate added as a preservative.
