How to make it

  2. Prepare three different marinades: For each marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients. 
  3. For each marinade, add 1 lb. of salmon fillet and the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Massage salmon to coat thoroughly. Seal the bags and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon filets. Bake the salmon for 12-14 minutes, keeping an eye on it so the fish does not burn.
  5. Set out your meal prep containers. Add cooked noodles and vegetables of your choice and cooked salmon to each container. Enjoy!
