How to make it

  1. Thread salmon filet and vegetables alternately.
  2. Combine Premium Soy Sauce, cooking wine, garlic, ginger and lemon juice in a baking dish.
  3. Marinate kabobs for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Grill salmon kabob 5 minutes on each side, brushing with remaining liquid while cooking.
