How to make it

  1. Boil the mushrooms, snow fungus, Chinese kale, carrots and jujube and drain once fully cooked.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté ingredients in step one until fragrant. Add in water and seasonings and cook for three minutes.
  3. Add in Lee Kum Kee Deluxe Abalone in Brown Braising Sauce (diced), the sauce from Lee Kum Kee Deluxe Abalone in Brown Braising Sauce and the corn starch slurry.
  4. Lastly, add the rice and cook for two minutes.
