How to make it
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, marinade, scallion whites, and shallots. Let the mixture marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Lay out the premade flaky dough round, then add the beef mixture and spread until it is ⅛-inch thick.
Place another premade flaky dough round on top to sandwich the filling. Press around the edges with a fork to seal them together.
In a large skillet, heat the oil until it smokes. Sear and cook the beef pancake on both sides until a golden-brown crust develops. Remove the beef pancake and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the beef pancake into quarters and serve with Lee Kum Kee’s Premium Oyster Sauce as a dip on the side.
