How to make it

  1. In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Seasoned Rice Vinegar, and Coarse Ground Black Pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Place your salmon filets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook using your preferred method (grilling, baking, or pan-searing) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° Fahrenheit and flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy your Honey Sriracha Salmon with rice and green onion or your favorite sides!
