Spam musubi is a tasty handheld favorite, perfect for easy DIY cooking or to take on a picnic or outdoor date idea. They're also simple enough that anyone can make at home, and pack a ton of flavor thanks to the glaze made with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce and Premium Soy Sauce for umami.

Remove the Spam from the can and slice into ½-inch thick pieces.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to punch out heart Spam pieces. (Save scraps for fried rice later!)
Press a small handful of the seasoned rice into the same heart-shaped cookie cutter to create matching rice hearts. Repeat until you have one rice heart for each Spam heart.
Assemble the musubi: Place a glazed Spam heart over a rice heart. Wrap a thin strip of nori around the center to hold them together. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo for dipping.
