How to make it

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, water and Plum Sauce (plum sauce mixture). Mix well and set aside.
  2. Marinate chicken with Premium Soy Sauce, dry sherry, ginger and black pepper for an hour.
  3. Roll chicken with flour and dust off any excess flour. Deep-fry chicken pieces until well done.
  4. Dip with Plum Sauce as desired.
