How to make it

  1. In a large pan, sauté the cabbage, carrots, and green onions in Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, and cooked protein (if using). Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a cutting board. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold up the bottom corner, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top corner, sealing the edge with a little water.
  3. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
