How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/Spread, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, crab meat, and green onions until combined.
  2. Arrange half of the wonton wrappers on a work surface. Add about 1 tablespoon of filling to the center of each wrapper. Top with another wonton wrapper and gently press and flatten around the filling to create sealed crab rangoon “chips.” Brush lightly with egg wash.
  3. Arrange the crab rangoon chips on a large sheet pan and lightly coat with neutral oil spray. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the hot crab rangoon chips and return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, until melted.
  5. Drizzle with additional Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
