Mix the ground pork, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, fish sauce, oil, cilantro, and Lee Kum Kee White Pepper Powder together in a mixing bowl.
Divide the pork mixture into 6-8 equal pieces (depending on how meaty you want each taco!). Use a fork to smoosh down a piece of pork onto a flour tortilla, then fry on an oiled and hot cast iron pan for 4 minutes or until brown (and almost charred). Flip and fry on the tortilla side for an additional 2 minutes until the tortilla starts becoming crispy.
To assemble, top the meat side with carrots, cucumber, jalapeno, and cilantro leaves. Drizzle Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs). Fold and enjoy!
