The sauce is a blend of sweet and spicy enhanced with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Premium Soy Sauce, and Sriracha Chili Sauce. As the cauliflower roasts, it takes on all of the flavors, making each piece irresistible.

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°Fahrenheit.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce mixture.
  3. Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
