In a small bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce. Set aside.

Spread 1/2 Tbsp of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Flip bread over and spread the sauce mix on two slices.

Layer the inside of the two pieces of bread with 1 slice of the medium cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, Havarti cheese and Muenster cheese then top with 2 tablespoons of fresh kimchi. Top the kimchi with the remaining slices of sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, swiss cheese, and smoked provolone cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread, butter side up.

Set a skillet over medium/low heat and place sandwiches in the skillet with the butter-side-down.

Cover and continue cooking until the bread is a rich golden brown, flipping once and press down lightly to help the bread stick to the cheese. About 5 minutes per side. Once you see the cheese has melted and breads are browned, remove to a plate and cut in half diagonally to serve. Enjoy!
