Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Tom Yum Hot Pot is a convenient and flavorful soup base that is rich in spicy and sour flavors. You can recreate the classic Thai-style Tom Yum soup in just minutes with this one pouch! It is great for cooking soups, noodles, and hot pot.
Dissolve one pouch of soup base into 8 parts (about 1.6 L or 54 fl oz or 6.5 cups) of boiling water to make a delicious tom yum hot pot soup.
Ingredients:
Water, sugar, salt, rice vinegar, soybean oil, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate as flavor enhancers, chili pepper powder, modified corn starch, tamarind concentrate, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), yeast extract (yeast extract, salt, water), shallots, citric acid, sweetened lemon juice (sugar, lemon juice, water), lemongrass powder, spice, fish extract (anchovy, salt), dehydrated garlic, natural flavor.
