How to make it

  1. Heat oil in a pot and stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add water and Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Tom Yum Hot Pot, then bring it to a boil. Add the potato, enoki mushrooms and dried bean curd sticks. 
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for two minutes. Serve and enjoy!
