Dissolve one part (one pouch) Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Mushroom Hot Pot into nine parts (about 1.8 L, about 60 fl oz, about 7.5 cups) of boiling water to make delicious mushroom hot pot soup.
Ingredients:
Water, corn syrup solids, salt, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate as flavor enhancers, yeast extract, sugar, natural and artificial mushroom flavor (contains salt, natural flavor, artificial flavor, yeast extract), xanthan gum, mushroom powder, caramel color, spice.
