Heat the pan and melt the butter, sauté the garlic, then add Lee Kum Kee Mala Chili Sauce and mix well.
Add the water, corn, lemon and baby potatoes and bring to a boil, then turn the heat down and cook for 10 minutes. Then add all the seafood, bring to a boil again, and cook for 5 minutes.
Take out all the ingredients and put them into a mixing bowl (or plastic bag), add Old Bay seasoning and Cayenne pepper powder, mix well and serve.
