Heat the pan and melt the butter. Add minced garlic, peppercorn and dry red pepper and sauté, then add Lee Kum Kee Mala Chili Sauce and continue to sauté.
Add crawfish and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the water, cook for 3-5 minutes, turn the heat to high and thicken the sauce.
Add sugar and Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, mix well and serve.
