How to make it

  1. Boil a pot of water, add fish balls and simmer for 30 seconds, set aside.   
  2. Boil 4 cups of hot water. Once boiled, add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Hong Kong Style Fish Balls and cook for 10 minut
  3. After that, put in cooked fish balls, then cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce becomes thicken. 
  4. Tips: For a richer flavor, turn off the heat and soak for another 10 minutes before serving.
