How to make it

  1. Cook soba noodles per package instructions, drain and set aside to cool. 
  2. Mix napa cabbage, bok choy, bell peppers, red cabbage, white cabbage and broccoli slaw with soba noodles. 
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients and dress salad.
