  • 5 oz. ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • ½ tsp. white pepper
  • ___Wonton___:
  • 12 wonton wraps
  • 2 Tbsp. beaten eggs
  • ___Garnish___:
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. peanuts, chopped

Seasoning

  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Style Broadbean Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, boiled
  • 1.5 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper chili
  • 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Peppercorn Chili Oil (optional)

How to make it

  1. Combine wonton stuff. Stuff wonton wraps and seal with egg.
  2. Add wonton into boiling water. Mix Seasoning Sauce in large bowl.
  3. Cook wonton until floating. Remove and place in large bowl. Sprinkle garnish on top.
