How to make it
In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Chili Flavored Hoisin Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce.
Transfer the pork chops to the large bowl and coat the sauce over each chop. Cover and let pork chops marinate at room temperature, turning occasionally for 20 minutes.
Remove pork chops from marinade, scraping off excess marinade, but reserve for glazing.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes each side.
Glaze the reserved remaining sauce over the pork chops in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Let the pork chops rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish pork chops with fresh rosemary and lemons. Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable dish.
