Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add in some Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Minced Ginger. Then add in the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until golden, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in the sliced carrot, onion and broccoli and continue to sauté until the carrots and broccoli are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and continue cooking until veggies are fully coated. Drizzle in a touch of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Toss to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve over prepared white rice and garnish with sliced scallions and cilantro. Enjoy!
