How to make it

  1. Heat the skillet with oil over medium heat. Crack in two eggs and quickly scramble them and then place them into a bowl to save for later. 
  2. Using the same skillet, add in Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, diced onion, diced carrots and cook down for about 5 minutes. Add the rest of the veggies in along with  salt and pepper. Let that cook for another couple minutes. 
  3. Add in Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and cook a little longer, stirring often. 
  4. Add in the cooked brown rice and mix well. When the rice starts to get crispy and turn brown around the edges, add back in the eggs. Cook for another 2 minutes and then take off the heat and toss in the chopped green onion, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and give a final mix. 
  5. Taste, and add more soy sauce if needed. 
  6. Serve right away while hot, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce (Optional).
