How to make it

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder and bread crumbs. Then form into small golf ball-sized bites. You should be able to make at least 6.
  2. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium/high heat. Place the burger balls down in the pan and give them a gentle press to flatten them a little. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until both sides are brown. Flip again and then cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes until they are cooked through.
  3. Place some cheese onto the burgers and then cover again, letting the cheese melt, then transfer to a plate.
  4. Build the sliders by placing some Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo on to the bun, followed by turkey patties. Top with a slice of tomato and avocado. Add pickles for garnish or place on the side.
