How to make it

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Premium Soy Sauce, Pure Sesame Oil, olive oil, lime juice and sugar (dressing). Mix well.
  2. Add dressing on top of tofu and marinate for one hour in the refrigerator (tofu mixture).
  3. Boil snow peas for 5 mins in hot water, then soak in cold water for 2 mins.
  4. Toss in all vegetables with the tofu mixture and mix well.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion and chopped peanuts.
