The key to this recipe is scoring the edges of each hard-boiled egg to add extra crispy texture as they fry. Of course, you can’t forget the sticky and sweet sauce, made with cola, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, and Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, for the perfect blend of sugary and umami flavors.

How to make it

  1. Using a small knife, make multiple vertical shallow slices, vertically on the eggs. 
  2. In a large frying pan, heat oil on low and fry eggs gently until golden on all sides.
  3. Add in green onion pieces, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and cola. Cover and cook on low heat until the sauce is thickened.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
