How to make it

  1. Toast the bread then spread the cranberry sauce on followed by  the spinach. 
  2. Place down a few thin slices of red onion, then add thick slices of leftover turkey. Top with cheddar cheese and more cranberry sauce. 
  3. Place the open faced sandwich into the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese. Then take out, top with a little Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo followed by a piece of bread, cut and enjoy.
