How to make it

Mash mackerel fillet. Blend with small amount salt and water in a mixing bowl until sticky. Add beans and Seasoning Mix and combine thoroughly.
Divide mixture into 8–10 balls and flatten to form patties.
Heat 4 Tbsp. oil in a skillet. Pan-fry over medium heat until both sides golden and thoroughly cooked. Serve with Dipping Sauce.
