How to make it

  1. In a bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, neutral oil, and black pepper. Coat the steak evenly with this mixture and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat and cook the steak for 4–5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced shallots, toasted sticky rice powder, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Toss to create the dressing.

  4. Add the sliced steak, mint, cilantro, and green onions to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Transfer to a serving plate and finish with extra herbs and a squeeze of lime if desired. Grab some sticky rice and salad with your fingers and enjoy!
