In a medium sized bowl, combine the Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Set it aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the pork. Break the pork down into small pieces and cook until browned and no longer pink. Stir in the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and yellow onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour in the sauce mixture and mix it together with the pork and vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from heat.

To serve, fill the butter lettuce cups with rice and the pork mixture. Garnish with sliced radishes and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
